BBQ Buffalo Wings

No need to deprive your guests of quintessential sports food! These wings are insanely delicious. The trick is to mix a low-calorie BBQ sauce with Frank's RedHot, and then grill with nonstick spray instead of oil. (If it's too cold to grill, break out the grill pan.) Looking for something even lighter? Whip up a few batches of these boneless wings made with chicken breast!

Buff Chick Hot Wing Dip

Speaking of wings, this hot-wing-inspired dip is next-level awesome. It's bursting with flavor and tastes great warm or chilled! You get that spicy Buffalo wing flavor with a creamy, cheesy base. And there are chunks of chicken right there in the dip! Pair with cut veggies or baked pita chips.

Either one is perfect with crudités or baked tortilla chips.
