I'm curious: What are your personal favorite snacks these days... the ones you regularly turn to between meals?

I'm a big believer in snacking: It keeps you energized and can prevent overeating at mealtime. And it's important to stock up on smart snacks you like, so you don't end up eating whatever junk food you encounter during the day. Here are my current top picks!

Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt

One 6-oz. container: 100 calories, 0g total fat (0g sat. fat), 65mg sodium, 7g carbs, 0g fiber, 7g sugars, 18g protein -- SmartPoints® value 2*

This one's a classic: The fat-free yogurt is packed with protein, which makes it really filling. It's also thick and creamy, which I love. I like to spike mine with a little vanilla extract and natural no-calorie sweetener, and then top it off with some berries. So filling!

SeaSnax Chomperz Crunchy Seaweed Chips

1/2 pack: 40 calories, 2g total fat (0g sat. fat), 85mg sodium, 6g carbs, 0g fiber, <1g sugars, 4g protein -- SmartPoints® value 1*

I'm borderline obsessed with these crunchy seaweed snacks. They come in fun flavors like Barbecue and Jalapeno, and they totally crush a craving for salty potato chips. Unlike seaweed sheets (which are also great), these are chiplike and sturdy. And you can have the entire bag for just 80 calories! Click to find, or stock up via Amazon.

Tribe Swirl Hummus

2 tbsp.: 50 - 60 calories, 3 - 4g total fat (0g sat. fat), 125 - 190mg sodium, 4 - 5g carbs, 1g fiber, 0 - 1g sugars, 1 - 2g protein -- SmartPoints® value 2*

Anyone who needs a little incentive to snack on raw veggies should definitely check out this line of delicious dips. The toppings are actually swirled in (hence the name), so you get some in every bite. So good with baby carrots and jicama sticks! My favorite flavor is Salsa, but they're all pretty spectacular. Also amazing? Eat Well Embrace Life's line of "other bean" hummus.

Matt's Munchies

1 package: 80 - 100 calories, 0 - 2.5g fat (0 - 2g sat. fat), 5 - 10mg sodium, 17 - 23g carbs, 1 - 2g fiber, 11 - 17g sugars, 1g protein -- SmartPoints® value 4 - 5*

These all-natural fruit snacks are unlike anything else! They're basically squares of the best fruit leather you’ve ever tasted in your entire life. Bonus? No added sugar whatsoever. You can find these at some natural-food stores, but they're totally worth ordering online. The Island Mango is THE BEST.

Mini Babybel

1 piece: 50 - 70 calories, 3 - 6g total fat (2 - 4g sat. fat), 140 - 160mg sodium, 0g carbs, 0g fiber, 0g sugars, 4 - 6g protein -- SmartPoints® value 1 - 3*

These wheels of cheese are delicious and portion controlled. (And who can resist playing with the red wax they come wrapped in?) They’re also pretty nutritious. The texture is fantastic: like a cross between soft and hard cheese. I love to pair one with the next item on my list...

Fuji apples

1 medium apple: 120 calories, 0.5g total fat (0g sat. fat), 2mg sodium, 29g carbs, 4g fiber, 22.5g sugars, 0.5g protein -- SmartPoints® value 0*

Portable, crunchy, and as natural as it gets, Fuji apples are always on my shopping list. They've got the perfect balance of sweetness and tart flavor. I like other fruits too -- like oranges and grapefruit -- but Fujis are definitely my go-to fruit.

Okay, now I'm hungry for a snack... Bye!
