This is more of a challenge than a request for advice... Can you please come up with a guilt-free craving-buster for Starbucks' new S'mores Frappuccino?

Hi Pour Me,

Challenge accepted! No doubt about it, Starbucks' new limited-time S'mores Frappuccino is insanely tempting. But it's also a bit of a calorie nightmare -- a whipped-cream-topped Grande made with whole milk has 500 calories and 20g fat (PointsPlus® value 14*). Those stats aren't exactly surprising when you consider what this thing is: A pile of marshmallow whipped cream, a layer of chocolate sauce, and a graham-cracker-infused sweet 'n creamy coffee mixture... all topped off with more marshmallow cream and graham crackers! Rather than re-create this monstrosity layer by layer, we decided to infuse the blended coffee portion with chocolate and graham flavor (plus protein!), and then top the whole thing with toasted marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed grahams. One taste, and you'll be in s'mores heaven...

Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

2 tsp. instant coffee granules
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4 tbsp. chocolate protein powder with about 100 calories per serving (like the kind by Quest or Tera's Whey)
2 low-fat honey graham crackers (1/2 sheet)
1 1/2 cups crushed ice or 6 - 10 ice cubes
1/4 cup mini marshmallows
1 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
In a tall glass, combine coffee granules with 1/4 cup hot water. Stir until dissolved. 

Add coffee mixture to a blender, along with almond milk, protein powder, and 1 graham cracker. Add ice, and blend at high speed until smooth, stopping and stirring if needed. 

Pour and top with marshmallows and chocolate chips. 

Optional: Using a kitchen torch, toast the marshmallow-chocolate layer for 5 - 10 seconds, until slightly melted and cooked to your liking. Let cool slightly. 

Crush remaining graham cracker, and sprinkle over the top.
