I’ve got a pretty small kitchen with limited cabinet and counter space, but I don’t want that to stand in the way when it comes to preparing healthy food. Anything you can recommend?

Oh, I’ve been there -- my first apartment was a studio in Long Beach, NY, with a tiny kitchen. (Ahhh… memories!) Here are some seriously fantastic Amazon finds to keep your kitchen clutter free...

Joseph Joseph Nest Storage Plastic Food Storage Containers Set with Lids (16 piece)

Food containers and their lids are like the socks of the kitchen... They’re constantly getting misplaced and then repurchased! No matter how much I try to keep the drawer organized, it always ends up a complete mess. That’s why this stackable, rainbow-colored collection is a complete gamechanger. You get eight containers with matching lids, and they fit together like a couple of Russian nesting dolls! I can hardly contain my excitement. (Tee-hee!)

Kitchen Gizmo Snap ‘N Strain Strainer

Colanders are a must when it comes to boiling, blanching.... basically any cooking that requires draining. Well, this mini strainer is a pretty genius creation. It clips onto your pot, pan, or bowl, so you can easily drain liquid in one fell swoop. It’s made of flexible, BPA-free silicone, and the special clips fit practically ALL pots, pans, and bowls. And it takes up only a quarter of the space of a traditional colander. Like I said: GENIUS.

Joseph Joseph Nesting Bowls Set (9 Piece)

This super set of mixing must-haves is as expansive as it is compact! It’s so amazing, we have one in our Hungryland kitchen! Just like those food containers I love so much (from the same company), the entire set stacks neatly into the largest piece. You get mixing bowls, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a colander, AND a steel strainer. The set’s convenient handles and non-slip design are basically klutz-proof, and the fact that most pieces are dishwasher safe means that cleanup’s a breeze. And it’s really, REALLY pretty.

YouCopia Chef’s Edition SpiceStack 30-Bottle Spice Organizer

I almost lost my mind when I first saw this spice organizer on Amazon. (Clearly, I’m not alone, seeing as it has over 3,000 reviews with an average of 4 1/2 stars!) It has three drawers that slide out one at a time to perfectly display a row of full-size spice bottles. You can fit 30 full-size or 60 half-size bottles, AND it includes sticky labels for the outward-facing part of the drawers! There are even smaller versions if you only need to house a dozen or so spices. I’m obsessed...

OXO Good Grips Multi Grater

A grater is one of those gadgets that frequently takes up more space than necessary. It’s so oddly shaped! I think EVERY grater should collapse in space-saving fashion like this stainless steel one. It even snaps apart for easy cleaning in the dishwasher. And the ability to disassemble it is SUPER helpful if you want to grate something right into the bowl. Gotta have it...
