What's the 80/20 rule you're always talking about? This too is all about a realistic approach to eating smart. Basically, if you make good choices most of the time, you can loosen the reins a bit the rest of the time. This way, you won't feel restricted but you won't go overboard either.

Do you get paid to mention products in the daily emails or use them in recipes? NO. While there are ads in the Hungry Girl world, they're always very clearly marked (for example, "Guilt-Free Groceries" with "brought to you by..." messaging). And even those products HAVE to be HG tested and HG approved. As for recipes, not a single product (in the emails or cookbooks) is EVER included as a result of advertising. While I'm not personally a huge fan of chocolate mint, I know a lot of people who LOVE it. And there are many delicious, no-guilt ways to get a fix...

Snack-Aisle Scores - Miss Meringue Drizzled Meringue Cookies Mint Chocolettes are a GREAT pick. They're incredibly tasty, and you get to chomp on ten of 'em for 130 calories and 3.5g fat (PointsPlus® value 4*). A filling snack with impressive stats is the Luna Protein Mint Chocolate Chip bar -- 170 calories and 5g fat, plus 3g fiber and a whopping 12g protein (PointsPlus® value 4*). I love Luna bars.
