  Au Bon Pain Pumpkin Muffin

You might suspect this is a smarter choice than the Mini Cinnamon Walnut Coffee Cake on ABP's seasonal lineup. "That's CAKE; this is a MUFFIN." Sadly, this muffin has just as many calories as said coffee cake. They're both bad news. For a fall b-fast at Au Bon, try the Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal -- a medium (12 oz.) order has 280 calories, 4g fat, and 7g fiber (PointsPlus® value 7*).

Gotta have it? Get the You Pick 2, but swap the ciabatta for honey wheat slices and skip the garlic & herb cheese spread -- you'll still have loads of turkey 'n cranberry goodness!
