Here at Hungryland, we're major peanut butter fiends. And since we're also fans of low calorie and fat counts, we've gotten really good at creating guilt-free PB recipes. Here are some of our very best!

  Dreamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

1/36th of recipe (1 piece): 65 calories, 1g fat, 57mg sodium, 13.5g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 9g sugars, 0.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 2*

This is a serious HG classic. Brownie mix and canned pumpkin create the perfect base, with a little chocolate syrup thrown in for good measure. And that baked-in swirl of reduced-fat peanut butter makes this dessert one that PB lovers can't afford to miss. Make some soon!

Overstuffed Peanut Butter 'n Banana French Toast

Entire recipe: 327 calories, 8.5g fat, 700mg sodium, 48.5g carbs, 7.25g fiber, 11g sugars, 18g protein -- PointsPlus® value 9*

Eating peanut butter at breakfast is fairly common, but this goes a big step beyond PB smeared on toast. We were inspired to create this recipe after hearing Bobby Flay rave about French toast crammed with banana and peanut butter. Good thinking, B. Flay! Our take is much more diet-friendly, though...

  Chocolate PB Cake Pops

1/18th of recipe (1 cake pop): 101 calories, 3g fat, 153mg sodium, 16.5g carbs, 1g fiber, 9.5g sugars, 1.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 3*

Cake-pop mania has officially swept the globe, and we consider ourselves calorie-conscious globetrotters! There's a whole chapter of delicious cake pops in Hungry Girl 200 Under 200 Just Desserts, but this one recipe is just a click away. Only three ingredients, people...

  Freezy Downside-Up PB Dream Pie

1 slice (1/8th of recipe): 159 calories, 6.5g fat, 235mg sodium, 18g carbs, 1g fiber, 8.5g sugars, 7g protein -- PointsPlus® value 4*

"Peanut butter with chocolate is a great combo," you say, "but I want sweet, creamy, uninterrupted PB flavor!" This incredible creation is yours for the savoring. The creamy base has a stellar taste and texture once frozen. It's the freezy PB pie of your dreams!

  Hip-Hip-Hooray Chicken Satay

1/6th of recipe (2 skewers with sauce): 109 calories, 2.75g fat, 269mg sodium, 4.5g carbs, 0.25g fiber, 2g sugars, 15.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 3*

We can get savory with our peanut butter! Who doesn't love little skewers of chicken coated in delicious peanut sauce? Restaurant versions can be COMPLETE fat-tastrophes, but our at-home concoction is delightfully guilt-free. Weeeee!

  Nutty-Good PB Brownies

1/16th of recipe (1 brownie): 160 calories, 4g fat, 293mg sodium, 30g carbs, 2g fiber, 15.5g sugars, 2.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 4*

Everybody likes brownies. Everybody likes peanut butter. (OK, there are people who don't like either, but we're guessing they're rare... like PB&C-hating unicorns.) For this recipe, we took our classic brownie batter, and gave it a serious PB swirl. We're nuts like that!

  PB-rific Stuffed Strawberries

Entire recipe: 193 calories, 7g fat, 314mg sodium, 26.5g carbs, 3g fiber, 11g sugars, 6.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 5*

You know how there are certain friends you only see when another specific friend is around? That's how peanut butter and jelly flavors used to be -- bread always HAD to be there too. But then they branched out, and now PB and strawberries are BFFs... Even when there are no starchy carbs in sight. You will FLIP for the creamy filling in these strawberries!

  The King of Choc'-n-Roll Cake

1/8th of cake: 215 calories, 6g fat, 345mg sodium, 39g carbs, 2g fiber, 20g sugars, 3.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 6*

We saved The King for last. Elvis Presley famously loved the combo of peanut butter and banana in sandwich form, so we thought it only fitting to name this amazing cake after him. P.S. The two-ingredient PB frosting works incredibly well... Try it on everything!
