Cool weather means you're faced with a whole slew of wintery diet-busters.  Luckily, hot chocolate doesn't have to be one of them. There are plenty of good-for-your-diet cocoas to choose from.  Our favorite is Nestle Fat Free with Mini Marshmallows. This warm, chocolatey beverage is rich and creamy and has just 35 calories.  In fact, it's so low in calories, fat and carbs that you don't have to choose between mini marshmallows and fat free whipped cream -- treat yourself to both!  Yee-Haaa!

The name Land O' Lakes makes us think of butter. And their cocoa is so calorie and fat-packed that it might as well be made of butter!  Why sip cocoa that's loaded with calories and carbs? (All calories count -- even ones you drink.)  One mug of Land O' Lakes Cocoa Classics Supreme has 160 calories and 5 grams of fat.  And there aren't even any adorable little marshmallows in this stuff!  Sheesh!  Our advice is to save your splurges for food (the stuff that requires chewing), ditch the Land O' Lakes and drink the fat free Nestle cocoa instead.
