Who wouldn't go CRAZY over a cheesy flatbread topped with chicken, bacon, and avocado? Don't be fooled by fatty flatbreads, people... Make this HG recipe STAT!
1 high-fiber flatbread (or medium-large tortilla) with 110 calories or less (like Flatout Light)
3 tbsp. reduced-fat shredded Mexican blend cheese
2 oz. cooked and chopped skinless chicken breast
1/2 tbsp. precooked real crumbled bacon (like the kind by Oscar Mayer)
1/2 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. pico de gallo
1 oz. sliced avocado (about 1/4th of an avocado)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Lay flatbread on the baking sheet, and top with cheese, chicken, and bacon. Bake until hot and lightly browned, 8 - 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayo with garlic powder. Add 1 tsp. water, and mix until uniform.
Top flatbread with remaining ingredients, and drizzle with mayo mixture. Enjoy!
