Get ready for the sweet combination of coffee and chocolate. Ohhh... You're ALWAYS ready? Let's not waste any time then!

Ingredients:
1 packet hot cocoa mix with 20 - 25 calories (like Swiss Miss Diet or Nestlé Fat Free)
1 tsp. plain fat-free nondairy powdered creamer
1 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. instant coffee granules
1 no-calorie sweetener packet (like Splenda or Truvia)
1/2 cup light coffee ice cream
1/4 cup light vanilla soymilk
1 cup crushed ice or 5 - 8 ice cubes

Directions:
In a tall glass, combine hot cocoa mix, creamer, chocolate chips, coffee granules, and sweetener.

Add 1/4 cup very hot water, and stir until ingredients have mostly dissolved.

Transfer mixture to a blender. Add ice cream, soymilk, and ice, and blend at high speed until smooth. Pour and enjoy!

An inquisitive Hungry Girl reader such as yourself might ask, "What makes jamocha different from regular mocha?" From what we've learned, NOT MUCH. Jamocha is basically mocha with an extra syllable. Semantics aside, we do enjoy coffee and chocolate flavors, especially when blended together in freezy deliciousness. But not just any mocha shake will do! We know the high calorie counts that come with those crazy sippers. And take a look at the sugar content of this frozen concoction from Arby's: 61 GRAMS! Picture 15 teaspoons of granulated sugar. That's about what 61g of sugar looks like. Not something you need to be consuming just because you're craving the sweet flavor of (sigh) jamocha. Luckily, we're pretty good at making guilt-free shake swaps. So grab your blender, and prepare for a face full of YUM!
