This Week's 3 Things to Know...

Reddi-wip debuts healthier ingredients.

We've always been suckers for whipped cream from a can. And we're happy to see that Reddi-wip has announced its yummy dessert topping no longer includes artificial flavors. Plus, it's now made with Grade A cream from cows not treated with artificial growth hormone rBST. Thanks for the cleaner eats, Reddi-wip!

Grocery shop without checkout lanes? Sign us up!

This is some next-level stuff. At Amazon Go locations, you use an app to "check in" when you arrive. Then grab the items you want, and just walk out. Seriously. Using the brand's Just Walk Out Technology, the store automatically senses what you've chosen and charges your account after you leave. WOW. The first store is in Seattle and will soon be open to the public... Road trip, anyone?

Are you a "weekend warrior"? The exercise habit pays off!

Many of us don't have time to work out during the week but pack plenty of activity into our weekends. Is that enough to satisfy physical activity needs and lessen the risk for premature death? A new study says YES. Researchers found that subjects who exercised regularly -- even if only during one to two weekend sessions -- were about 30 percent less likely to die early than those who never exercised. So make like Nike, and just do it!

And that's all we've got. 'Til next time... Chew the right thing!
