After the US Food & Drug Administration announced it was considering increasing the serving sizes on nutrition labels, a group of researchers conducted a study
to explore this very question. And from what they found, it just might work! By seeing the larger amounts of unhealthy nutrients found in more realistic serving sizes, study participants were more likely to view certain foods as less healthy and consume less of those foods. Knowledge is power...
