Holy cow. These treats are like a cross between a peanut butter cup and an oatmeal cookie, plus they've got fiber and protein! In Peanut Butter Chocolate and Almond Butter, reach for these instead of junky candy with no nutritional value. Look for them at Target, or just order via Amazon!

Krave Bars

The brand behind some of our favorite jerky has cranked out a fun twist on meat snacks: savory snack bars! And true to Krave's habit of creating incredible flavors, the bars come in Chipotle Cherry Beef, Cranberry Thyme Turkey, Mango Jalapeño Pork, and Wild Blueberry Beef. They're also gluten-free and all-natural. Perfect emergency snacks! Available in stores and online.

Hershey's Simply 5 Syrup Genuine Chocolate Flavor

1 tbsp.: 45 calories, 0g total fat (0g sat. fat), 0mg sodium, 12g carbs, <1g fiber, 11g sugars, 0g protein -- SmartPoints® value 3*

Check this out! It's rich chocolate syrup made with just five natural ingredients, from the cocoa masters over at Hershey’s. Our minds are blown! We'll be drizzling this over fresh berries the next time we need a chocolate fix... a.k.a. any minute now. Good thing it's available nationwide in stores and on Amazon.

This Week's 3 Things to Know…

Got dietary restrictions? Chipotle will help you order!

At build-your-own-meal places like Chipotle, it can be tricky to make sure your dietary needs are met. Is every ingredient you select low in calories, free of dairy, sans gluten, etc.? Chipotle Mexican Grill has got your back! Click over to the website, and choose the tab with your preference to see a breakdown of which ingredients are right for you. The site even provides meal ideas to meet your needs. Chip, chip... hooray!

Love tuna, but concerned about mercury? Check out Safe Catch.

This stuff is seriously impressive. Using fancy technology, Safe Catch tests each and every fish for mercury content. And the company's limit is three to ten times stricter than the FDA's (depending on the variety)! It's also hand packed and slow cooked for optimal flavor. We tried it, and it's delicious! Definitely worth seeking out...

Aquafaba: What the heck is it?!

You may have heard the buzzword "aquafaba." But what exactly is it, and what makes it so special? Aquafaba is the liquid that gets drained from canned garbanzo beans. Have you had success with aquafaba? Does it interest you? Sound off on Facebook... Let's chat!

And that's all we've got. 'Til next time… Chew the right thing!
