These brand-new, cocoa-infused cream cheeses are INCREDIBLE. They're eat-it-from-the-tub-with-a-spoon good. (If you do that, make it a measuring spoon and keep track!) Each 2-tbsp. serving has 60 calories, 4g fat, 50 - 55mg sodium, 5g carbs, 2g fiber, 5g sugars, and 1g protein (PointsPlus® value 2). For now, you can get these only at Walmart -- SO GO FIND THEM!

Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Italian Sweet Crème Liquid Creamer - Another fun flavor hits the sugar-free lineup... this one with some European flair! If you like your coffee sweet 'n creamy (but with smart stats), give this stuff a whirl. Each tablespoon has 15 calories, 1g fat, 10mg sodium, 1g carbs, 0g fiber, 0g sugars, and 0g protein (PointsPlus® value 0*). Pssst... Be careful with liquid creamer -- it's easy to over-pour!

New Varieties! Healthy Choice Top Chef Café Steamers - Watching food-competition shows usually makes us hungry. So finding heat 'n eat meals inspired by the shows makes us happy. HC has three new items in its Top Chef Café Steamers line -- Chicken & Potatoes with Peach BBQ Sauce, Crustless Chicken Pot Pie, and Parmesan Pasta with Rosemary Chicken. Each frozen entrée has 300 calories, 5 - 6g fat, 530 - 560mg sodium, 40 - 43g carbs, 4 - 5g fiber, 4 - 24g sugars, and 18 - 20g protein (PointsPlus® value 7*). Now if only we could get former chef-testant Fabio to serve 'em to us...

Food Recall Roundup: Smoked Salmon, Sprouts, Frozen Pizza, and Tomato Sauce

Here's the latest info from the world of food recalls... You may have heard about some smoked salmon recalls over the past few months due to possible listeria contamination. Well, now two lots of smoked salmon/lox are being pulled from Whole Foods locations in 18 states. Click here for the 411. Next, Sprouters Northwest has recalled nearly 2,000 pounds of sprouts -- alfalfa, clover, spicy, and brocco sandwich varieties -- due to potential listeria contamination. The products were distributed to Washington, Oregon, and Alaska, as well as British Columbia, Canada. Click here for the scoop, and go check your sprouts! Over in the freezer aisle, Annie's Inc. is recalling some of its Homegrown Frozen Pizza due to the possible presence of metal mesh fragments. (Not among our favorite pizza toppers.) Get all the info by clicking here. And Hunt's is recalling certain 8-oz. cans of tomato sauce (regular and no-salt-added) because of a defect in the can lining. Click for details. Stay safe!
