2 pieces: 90 calories, 3g total fat (0.6g sat. fat), 10mg sodium, 14g carbs, 10g fiber, 2g sugars, 4g protein -- SmartPoints® value 3*

HG Lisa discovered these cookie treats during her book tour and promptly fell in love with 'em... They are to die for, and seriously satisfying! The texture is fantastic: We're crazy about the combination of oats, oat bran, flax seeds, and chia seeds. And they're made without any added sugar -- just dried fruit and chicory root fiber for sweetness. So yummy! These are mostly sold in Florida and Texas (click to find), but you can -- and should -- order them online. We don't know exactly who this Alyssa is, but she sure knows her way around a sweet snack...

The UK's Royal Society for Public Health Proposes "Activity Equivalents" on Food Labels

Food labels are getting pretty cluttered these days. But could symbols representing the physical activity needed to burn off the product's calories be helpful? We love this idea! What do you think? Would knowing it requires an hour hike to work off the calories in a chocolate bar make you less likely to chew it? Sound off on Facebook!

They also averaged a 17-lb. weight loss... Not too shabby!
