  100-Calories-or-Less Food Finds!

Vitalicious VitaTops

We've literally been obsessed with these decadent treats for YEARS. They come in loads of flavors, from Triple Chocolate Chunk to Golden Corn to Apple Crumb. And each generously sized muffin top has just 90 - 100 calories (PointsPlus® value 2 - 3*). You can find a few flavors in select stores (freezer aisle!), but the best flavor selection is online. P.S. We also heart the Fudgy Chocolate Mini VitaCakes, which have only 50 calories per cake (PointsPlus® value 1*)!

  Yoplait Light Yogurt

Another longtime favorite
with 90 - 100 calories. Not only are the stats great, but also the flavor variety is AMAZING. Red Velvet Cake? Yup. Thick & Creamy Cinnamon Roll? Yuh-huh. The standard Light yogurts have 90 calories and an OFFICIAL Weight Watchers PointsPlus® value of 2; the Light Thick & Creamy options have 100 calories each (PointsPlus® value 3*). Creamy, dreamy, yogurt perfection...

  Fuji Apples

Apples, people. Never forget the humble apple! So nutritious, so portable, so awesome. And Fujis have the perfect balance of tart flavor and sweetness. A mid-sized apple has about 95 calories (PointsPlus® value 0*). And although this email is about foods with 100 calories or less, we do love enormous apples with closer to 130 calories.

  Boca Original Vegan Meatless Burgers

A total freezer staple! We love a low-calorie protein fix, and these have just 70 calories a pop (PointsPlus® value 2). Of all the meatless hamburger-style patties out there, Bocas taste the MOST like real beef. Click here for the lowdown and a recipe roundup!

StarKist Flavor Fresh Low Sodium Albacore White Tuna Pouches

Not only is this pouched tuna terrific when it comes to recipes, but it's also excellent straight from the pouch. And the shelf-stable nature and easy-open packaging make it an ideal go-anywhere emergency snack. Each pouch has 90 calories (PointsPlus® value 2*), and it's practically pure protein. Another stellar 90-calorie option from StarKist? The Sandwich-Ready Albacore Tuna Salad (PointsPlus® value 2*). Even though it's sandwich-ready by name, we often skip the bread and enjoy the stuff solo as a midday snack. YAY, TUNA!

Funky Monkey Freeze-Dried Fruit 0.42-oz. Pouches

Freeze-dried fruit is crispy and tasty with a nice large serving for the calorie count. And Funky Monkey snacks are really special. Crunchy pineapple flavored with guava? Mango enhanced with orange juice? Sold! And just 35 - 50 calories (PointsPlus® value 1*). P.S. The 1-oz. bags have 90 - 120 calories (PointsPlus® value 2 - 3*) -- STILL a stupendous snack pick. Click to find or buy online.

  The Laughing Cow Mini Babybel

"Not just the Light version, HG?" No, beloved readers, NOT just the Light version. All of 'em. The entire lineup has just 50 - 80 calories per piece (PointsPlus® value 1 - 2*). These are petite, portion-controlled, and perfectly portable. We LOVE them. We've even been known to add 'em to recipes. Three cheers for the Cow!

  Popchips Potato Chips Single-Serve Bags

Man, do we adore these popped chips! Only 100 calories per portion-controlled pack (PointsPlus® value 2 - 3*). These are so addictively delicious, it's a good thing they come in single-serving bags. And there are so many flavor varieties, there's something for everyone. Simply put, Popchips RULE.

Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars

When it comes to snack bars, we're pretty selective. In addition to nice low calorie counts, they should be filling and flavorful with a fantastic texture. These bars SO meet our standards! There's Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Caramel & Pretzel, each with (you guessed it!) 90 calories (PointsPlus® value 2*). We're also CRAZY about the new kid-friendly Chewy Bars, in Chocolate and Strawberry PB&J... 100 - 110 calories (PointsPlus® value 3*), and worth every one of 'em!

Recipes with 100 Calories or Less

Some great sides, snacks, and mini meals! With numbers this low, seconds are always an option...
