Time to have some fun outdoors! Go for a walk, splash around in the pool, hit the trails for a hike, or hop on a bike. Too hot outside? Do some Housewalking!

Hiking: 385 calories per hour
Leisurely biking: 250 calories per hour

The Upside of Yard Work

Even small chores add up to calories burned. Give your lawn an hour of your time doing the following the activities -- you'll have a spiffy yard and burn about 300 calories!
