Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a large blender, and blend at high speed until smooth.
Transfer to a pitcher, cover, and refrigerate until thickened, at least 3 hours.
Stir well before serving. Sprinkle each serving with a dash of cinnamon, and enjoy!

In a wide bowl, mix egg substitute, vanilla extract, and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, top apple with sweetener and remaining 1/4 tsp. cinnamon; toss to coat. Microwave for 1 minute, or until softened. Mix in cream cheese.
Open bun without separating the halves. Spoon apple mixture onto one half and lightly press to seal. Slice into four "nuggets."
Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Add butter and let it coat the bottom of the skillet.
Meanwhile, coat nuggets on all sides with egg mixture.
Cook nuggets, flipping occasionally, until golden brown on all sides, 3 - 4 minutes. Enjoy!

On a microwave-safe plate, microwave burger patty for 1 minute, or until thawed. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
