Kellogg's Special K Popcorn Chips - We love that the not-so-evil geniuses of the food world have found a way to fuse puffy popcorn with crunchy chips. These come in Butter flavor and Sweet and Salty flavor -- both so good, your mouth won't believe it! Chomp on 28 chips for 120 calories, 2 - 2.5g fat, 105 - 170mg sodium, 22 - 23g carbs, <1g fiber, <1 - 2g sugars, and 2g protein (PointsPlus® value 3*). They're popping up (tee-hee) on supermarket shelves this month!

Al Fresco All Natural Chicken Burgers - Holy phenomenal burger find! These refrigerated uncooked chicken patties come in Sweet Italian Style, Buffalo Style, and Hot Italian Style varieties -- all amazing (though the Buffalo is our favorite)! YoCrunch Breakfast Blends - We LOVE the idea of sprinkling a little bit of sweet cereal into some creamy guilt-free yogurt. But if you can't be trusted portioning it out yourself (or just don't want to!), grab these li'l treats! New BK Menu Finds for Fall! (Plus a Not-So-Sweet Shocker)

This fall at Burger King, it's all about CHICKEN. (YAY!) And most of the new items are available with Tendergrill chicken, which we LOVE. But you may still want to do some special ordering. Here's the 411...

Chicken Parmesan Sandwich - This sounds ridiculously tasty. With grilled chicken, it clocks in with 470 calories and 15g fat (PointsPlus® value 12*). Skip the doughy roll to save around 200 calories -- it's like a little Italian-style entrée! Or skip the cheese to save fat -- you'll still have a saucy chicken sandwich to enjoy.

Italian Basil Chicken Sandwich - Even with grilled chicken, the stats are pretty high -- 500 calories and 20g fat (PointsPlus® value 13*). We recommend ditching the sauce or cheese to slash those stats. Same goes for the Italian Basil Chicken Wrap, which has 330 calories and 18g fat for the grilled-chicken version (PointsPlus® value 9*). And there's always the option of a lettuce bun to save a SLEW of calories!

Garden Fresh Salad Wraps - Choose from Chicken BLT, Chicken Caesar, and Chicken, Apple & Cranberry. The grilled-chicken options each have 370 - 410 calories and 16 - 19g fat (PointsPlus® value 10 - 11*). Skip the fatty dressings to save major calories and fat grams. There's still a LOT of flavorful ingredients to keep things delicious!

Sweet Potato Shocker! You may think fries made from sweet potatoes are a smart choice, but BK's new Sweet Potato Fries actually have a bit more fat than their regular fries -- a small order has 290 calories and 16g fat (PointsPlus® value 8*). They do have 50 fewer calories per small serving, but STILL! That's one hefty side order...

Heads up, mugs DOWN: If you own a Mr. Coffee Single Serve Brewer, you may be facing a burn hazard! The brand is voluntarily recalling a whopping 600,000 brewers after receiving complaints of hot water and coffee grounds being dangerously expelled from the machines. A recent study compared the effectiveness of different weight-loss methods in the short term and long term.
