Starbucks Christmas Blend Blonde Roast and Peppermint Mocha VIA - The coffee brews of the season are now available to enjoy in the comfort of your home! In addition to original and Espresso Roast, SB's Christmas Blend whole beans are now available in the mild and wonderful Blonde Roast! Delicious and virtually calorie-free. And the new Peppermint Mocha VIA is here with holiday cheer -- each packet has 80 calories, 0g fat, 5mg sodium, 19g carbs, 1g fiber, 16g sugars, and 1g protein (PointsPlus® value 2*). The stats are for the mix alone, and it's meant to be made with a cup of milk -- but we make it with water and a splash of milk, and it ROCKS. (Total calorie saver!) In stores and online...

Annie Chun's Frozen Savory Soups - LOVE these! Choose from Chicken & Cilantro Wonton, Chicken & Garlic Wonton, and Spicy Vegetable Wonton. Each heat 'n eat bowl has just 120 - 140 calories, 1.5 - 2g fat, 630 - 990mg sodium, 22 - 25g carbs, 3g fiber, 4 - 7g sugars, and 2 - 7g protein (PointsPlus® value 3*). Go, Annie! Available online and in freezer aisles nationwide.

Emerald Peanut Butter and Jelly Flavor Sweet & Salty Mixed Nut Blend - A mix of peanuts and almonds that tastes like PB&J? Yes, please! Each 1-oz. serving (about 1/4 cup) has 140 calories, 10g fat, 90mg sodium, 11g carbs, 2g fiber, 7g sugars, and 5g protein (PointsPlus® value 4*). Those fruit-glazed almonds = delicious. Grab a container -- just remember to portion it out ASAP!

The Wonderful World of Weight Watchers: So Much Good Stuff!

Where to start? Let's just dive right in! First off, another HG staple is now endorsed by Weight Watchers -- Arnold/Brownberry/Oroweat Sandwich Thins! The packages now sport the official PointsPlus® value of 3 per roll. Next up, there's a new gadget on the market that all the WW leaders have been buzzing about... ActiveLink is the first and only activity monitor (think Fitbit and BodyBugg) that converts your movements into activity PointsPlus® values. WOW, right?! Click for more info. Back to the food front, you can now find Weight Watchers reduced-fat American, Swiss, and Pepper Jack cheeses at supermarket deli counters. The best part? You can get 'em thinly sliced, and each 0.5-oz. slice will have a slim PointsPlus® value of 1. Alright! Now, a quick shout-out to one of the best bars around -- WW's Chocolate Pretzel Blast Mini Bars (PointsPlus® value 2)! We discovered them during the recent book tour and fell in love. YUM. Find 'em at meeting locations. (You don't have to be a member to buy them.) And finally, speaking of the HUNGRY GIRL TO THE MAX! book tour, the results of our Weight Watchers tour contest are IN. The community that had the most members in attendance is... SAN DIEGO! Congrats to leader Marie for bringing in the most members -- your HUGE prize package is on the way!

Find them at select Whole Foods locations.

Three Sisters Marshmallow Oaties - If you long for cereal that satisfies both your inner child and your inner natural-food enthusiast, this breakfast find will bring a smile to your face! It's made with whole-grain oats, and it's free of artificial flavors, hydrogenated oils, and high-fructose corn syrup. And it has MARSHMALLOWS. Everyone wins! A 1-cup serving has 120 calories and 1g fat (PointsPlus® value 3*). Available exclusively at Whole Foods.

The Buzz...

Huge news from Mickey D's: The burger chain is test marketing an egg-white version of its classic Egg McMuffin! Currently available in Austin, TX, and Atlanta, GA, the Egg White Delight McMuffin has 260 calories and 8g whole grains. Fingers crossed for a nationwide rollout! ***Heads up, super sippers: Even if you aren't big on drinking your calories, there's a good chance you're taking in a substantial amount of extra calories from beverages -- both soft and hard. Newly released data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows that, on average, American adults take in nearly as many calories from alcoholic beverages as they do from sugary drinks like soda -- about 700 calories per week from alcoholic drinks alone. Hmmm... Sounds like it's time to check out our Happy Hour Survival Guide! ***Speaking of calories in beverages, our column in the November issue of Redbook magazine is calling out some of the best and worst coffee drinks of the season. Shockers ahead! ***Fat-free frozen yogurt that tastes like Christmas cookies... How good does that sound?! Pinkberry's newest seasonal fro-yo offering -- Gingerbread -- has only 110 calories per 1/2-cup serving. Very merry indeed! ***Yes, the election is over, but we couldn't help but find this chart pretty interesting! Take a look at "The Politics of Food Brands" -- your favorite foods and beverages could be indicative of your political leanings. Maybe the next time you're curious about your pals' politics, you can just take a peek at their emergency snacks! ***Love spicy food and the opportunity to try a new product before it hits shelves? Good news! Limited Edition Heinz Tomato Ketchup Blended with Real Jalapeño will make its supermarket debut in January, but you can buy a bottle via the Heinz Ketchup Facebook page NOW. It's all part of the brand's "12 Days of Jalapeño Ketchup" promo. We got a sneak taste of the kicked-up condiment, and we LOVE it! ***There's still time to bid on an amazing visit to the Hungry Girl headquarters, complete with a year's supply of VitaTops! Come hang out with Lisa and the HG staff, take part in an official taste test, and get hooked up with sweet swag. All proceeds go to the Voice for the Animals Foundation. Hurry... Bidding ends this Wednesday (11/28)! And that's all we've got. HG out!
