These rockin' shakes are made with breakfast cereal, but you can enjoy 'em any
time of day!   
HG's PB & J Super-Shake

PER SERVING (entire shake): 173 calories, 3.5g fat, 267mg sodium, 30g carbs, 3.5g fiber, 14g sugars, 5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 4*

Cereal is the secret ingredient in this sandwich-inspired ice cream shake!




Ingredients:
5 oz. Unsweetened Original Almond Breeze, fridge temperature
1/3 cup Breyers Fat Free ice cream, Creamy Vanilla
2 tsp. Better'n Peanut Butter (original)
1/4 cup Reese's Puffs cereal
2 frozen unsweetened strawberries, partially thawed
1 no-calorie sweetener packet (like Splenda)
2/3 cup crushed ice or 3 - 5 ice cubes**
Optional topping: Fat Free Reddi-wip

Directions:
Place all the ingredients except for the optional Reddi-wip in a blender. Blend at high speed until thoroughly mixed. Then pour the shake into a glass and, if you like, top it off with the Reddi-wip. PB-rific!

MAKES 1 SERVING 
HG's Chocolate Chip Cookie Crisp Puddin' Shake

Cookie dough is overrated (and over-caloried). We'll take Cookie Crisp cereal in our creamy shake, thankyouverymuch!





Ingredients:
1 Jell-O Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Snack
5 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Breeze, fridge temperature
1/3 cup Cookie Crisp cereal (original)
1 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 no-calorie sweetener packet (like Splenda)
3/4 cup crushed ice or 4 - 6 ice cubes**
Optional toppings: Fat Free Reddi-wip, additional mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Place all the ingredients except for the optional toppings in a blender. Blend at high speed until thoroughly mixed. Then pour the shake into a glass and, if you like, top it off with the Reddi-wip and a few extra chocolate chips. Cookie-licious!

MAKES 1 SERVING


**HG Ice Tip! If you are using ice cubes as opposed to crushed ice, add a few cubes at a time, stopping and stirring in between blending. And for easy crushed ice, just put a bunch of cubes in a plastic bag and whack away with a heavy can (carefully, of course!).
