Cheesy Does It!
It's Philly Cheesesteak time, peeps! This one's SO easy. And soooooooooooooooo (you can never have too many o's when something tastes this good) delicious...

Ingredients:
3 oz. raw lean filet beefsteak
1 hot dog bun
1 slice fat-free American cheese
1/3 cup sliced onions

Directions:
Slice your filet into thin strips. (Freezing it slightly beforehand will make it easier to cut.) In a pan spritzed with nonstick spray, cook onions over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, until onion slices are slightly browned. Remove onions from the pan and set aside. Spritz a little more nonstick spray into the pan (remove pan from heat before re-spraying) and cook filet strips over medium-high heat for 1 - 2 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking. Place cheese on top of meat (still in the pan) and continue to cook until cheese is slightly melted. Meanwhile, warm or toast your bun. Place meat and cheese in the bun and then top with onions. Enjoy. MAKES 1 SERVING

Steak Out!
What is it with fatty foods and Philadelphia? That city's famous for cream cheese, Tastykakes, and (of course) Philly Cheesesteaks! Philly natives often argue over which sub shop serves up the best steak 'n cheese sandwiches (Pat's! No, Geno's!), and restaurants from coast to coast claim to have perfected the East Coast sensation. But one thing's undebatable... Pretty much ALL cheesesteaks are loaded with fat and calories! That's because they basically consist of fatty cuts of beef, greasy onions, and too much cheese stuffed into an enormous, doughy roll. The only thing "thin" about these sandwiches is the way the steak is sliced. So rather than waste a ridiculous 750 calories and 35 fat grams on a single sandwich, whip up a guilt-free version that's DELICIOUS and easy to make at home, no matter where you live! You're just four ingredients away from sandwich insanity...
