Fiber One Toaster Pastries - We know we've "buzzed" about these before, but the first time we wrote about them, NO ONE could find the things -- well now they're EVERYWHERE, and we are getting dozens of emails a day about 'em. If you love Pop-Tarts, these are a must-check-out for you! In Strawberry, Brown Sugar Cinnamon, Blueberry, and Chocolate, each pastry has 190 calories, 4.5g fat, 36g carbs, 5g fiber, and 4g protein (POINTS® value 3*). These have fewer calories than most Pop-Tarts (a few have the same cal count), more fiber than any Pop-Tart (even the Whole Grain ones), and a lower POINTS® value* than any Pop-Tart. Not bad!
Nabisco MUNCH Packs Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows - Ooooooh, 90-calorie snack packs in original, ChocoMallows, and StrawberryMallows?! Sign us up! Each pack has 0g fat, 22 - 23g carbs, 0g fiber, and 0 - <1g protein (POINTS® value 2*). Not sure where the "munching" really comes in here (marshmallows are noise-free!), but "SQUISH Packs" doesn't quite have the same ring to it...
Jell-O Sugar Free Pudding Snacks in Dark Chocolate Raspberry - Truth be told, we're not huge fans of dark chocolate (or even raspberry), but we love pudding, so we gave this stuff a chance. WOW! IT IS FANTASTIC! Want a 60-calorie chocolate fix? Here it is, with 1.5g fat, 14g carbs, 1g fiber, and 2g protein (POINTS® value 1*). Don't miss this one, pudding fans!
