Powdered peanut butter is a low-fat, low-calorie mix that can be used as an ingredient (in shakes, oatmeal, etc.) or made into peanut butter by just adding water. Time for a mini food fight between two brands in the powdered PB biz...

Pros:This also comes in Chocolate flavor. Very creamy, and a little sweet (in a good way). Nifty sampler packs available. (We're pretty sure they borrowed that idea from FitNutz.)
Cons: If you aren't into online ordering, it's not so easy to get your hands on (click here to see if it's sold near you). And all those decimal points in the nutritionals are a little annoying.
FitNutz, Regular PER SERVING (2 tbsp.): 50 calories, 1.5g fat, 40mg sodium, 5g carbs, 1g fiber, 2g sugars, 6g protein -- PointsPlus® value 1*
Cons: A little bland (needs additional sweetener), and hard to find (ordering online is pretty much your only option).
The Winner: You decide. It really depends on whether you like yours crunchy, creamy, or chocolatey... We like 'em all!
The Need-to-Know: Your best bet is to order these online, since they're not easily found in the peanut butter aisle. Also, when you add 1 tbsp. of water to 2 tbsp. of either mix, you'll wind up with about 1 heaping tbsp. of ready-to-eat peanut butter -- still worth it!

Better'n Peanut Butter is a staple here at the HG HQ. (No kidding, there are a dozen jars in our pantry at this very moment.) It's low in fat and easier to find than its powdered competition. This stuff is a little sweet and dessert-y (which actually makes it perfect for recipes) and also comes in Low Sodium and (YAY!) Chocolate versions. In Classic, Cinnamon, and Honey, these nut butter packs are a great way to enjoy peanut butter -- and keep your portions in check. BTW, there are smaller, 100-cal packs of the Honey flavor floating around, but those can be tough to track down. (We did find some online HERE.) These larger ones can be ordered online or found at select supermarkets and health food stores.
