But does a tiny wedge containing 57 grams of fat (with over 30 grams of saturated fat) and 610 calories, seem diet-friendly to you? This horrific dessert may have only 6 carbs, but with all the fat and calories it has, who cares?!?!? If you don't think fat or calories matter at all, why not just order a stick of butter with Splenda for dessert? (We're kidding, you know.)
Burger King's low carb Bunless Double Whopper With Cheese has 810 calories and 65 grams of fat -- 26 of them saturated! BK will have to get rid of more than just the bun to make this royal disaster acceptable.

Throwing some celery sticks onto your platter of fatty Buffalo Wings with hot sauce and blue cheese is not gonna fool anybody, Ruby. This Ruby Tuesday appetizer is low in carbs, but it has almost 1100 calories, and 85 grams of fat! Yikes! Apparently Ruby is one of the people who believes that "Low Carb" means you can pile a plate with artery clogging fat, grease, and lard, completely guilt-free. Get a clue!

Just because some low-carb menus are dieting-disasters, doesn't mean you can't eat out and still watch your carbs.
Here are some tips:
-Always skip the starch, and ask for double veggies instead. It saves carbs and calories.
-Order things "dry." Many sauces contain hidden carbs.
-Lose the bread. Ask if you can get that sandwich in the form of a salad instead.
