It just makes sense -- take two of our favorite dessert staples and put 'em together. Carefully slice a frozen VitaTop into two round, thin pieces. Plunk 1/4 cup of slightly softened ice cream on top of one piece, and use a spoon to spread it out evenly. Top it with the other Vita half, wrap it in plastic, and re-freeze 'til solid. P.S. Feel free to experiment with other flavor combos. Banana Nut Vita plus light Butter Pecan ice cream? YESSS!!!
