She has replaced our beloved, gone-but-not-forgotten Wonder Light buns with her brand-new, 80-calorie bread items. Each one has 1g fat, 160mg sodium, 14 - 15g carbs, 6g fiber, 2g sugars, and 4g protein (POINTS® value 1*). It's about time SOMEONE filled the void. (It's not rocket science, people!)
Muir Glen Organic Seasoned, No Salt Added, and Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes - Canned tomatoes are great to have on hand -- you can do SO much with them. And these are some of the best, freshest-tasting ones around. The seasoned types are Garlic and Onion, Basil and Garlic, and Italian Herbs. Healthy Choice Soup in Microwaveable Bowls, New Flavors - Nukeable soup bowls are ideal for break-room lunches, especially if you're not into dragging around a spare bowl and doing dishes on your hour off. HC has a few new options: Hearty Vegetable Barley, Tomato Basil, and Traditional Lentil. A cup of the stuff has 130 - 150 calories, 0.5 - 2g fat, 430 - 470mg sodium, 27 - 30g carbs, 3 - 5g fiber, 4 - 12g sugars, and 4 - 7g protein (POINTS® value 2*). GOOD FOOD NEWS! Our pals at Subway are giving us all NEW low-cal BREAKFAST options: Egg White Muffin Melts! These new b-fast sandwiches are launching all over the U.S. on (or before) April 5th. Here's the scoop: Keep it classic with the Western, or dress up your egg whites and cheese with Black Forest Ham, Double Bacon, or Steak. Plus, like all Subway's stuff, you can customize it with your favorite veggies and sauces. (Jalapeños and honey mustard, anyone?) It comes sandwiched into a (!!!) light whole-wheat English muffin. It's basically the stuff our HG dreams are made of.
