Lightlife gets pretty creative with its faux-meat products, and this one rules. This buffalo wing knock-off is best with a little fat-free ranch dressing (we like to make our own by stirring 1/3 tbsp. dry ranch seasoning mix into 1/3 cup fat-free sour cream). FYI, there's also a Honey BBQ version!!!

MorningStar Farms - The MF people are churning out new foods like it's their job... which is good, because it IS their job. But seriously, not only have they debuted two fantastic frozen veggie entrées -- Lasagna with Sausage-Style Crumbles and Sweet & Sour Chik'n -- but they've also rolled out the completely unique, meat-free Grillers Turk'y Burgers. These red-boxed beauties allow SO many of our recipes to be much more guilt-free than they'd be with other patties. Our go-to soy burgers, these no-meat wonders have head cheerleader written all over 'em. They're so popular, they recently earned the official Weight Watchers endorsement. P.S. We also enjoy the 100-calorie Big Burger version sold at Costco!

Mann's Sunny Shores Rainbow Salad - Frequently overshadowed by its uber-popular sibling, Broccoli Cole Slaw (#1 MVP 2009), this cauliflowered-up shredded veggie mix has got it going ON. You can pretty much use it anywhere you use broccoli slaw. The stats are virtually identical. And you can tell we love the stuff, because we've got our HG logos ALL OVER the packaging!
