Well, a bunch of companies, from chain restaurants like Subway to food companies like Kraft, are voluntarily joining NYC's National Salt Reduction Initiative and trimming the salt from their foods. Way to be proactive, food folks! ***Speaking of sodium cuts, check out our fishy friends at Bumble Bee; their entire albacore line now has 140mg or less per serving. That's 44 percent less than before. High five! (Can bees give high fives?) ***Have you been to The Daily Plate recently?
