I love your question so much I can't explain it. You sound a lot like me -- someone who's into eating LARGE portions of food. There's nothing wrong with that, as long as you make good choices when it comes to what you're eating. So, just for YOU, I've gathered some of my favorite HG recipes that have large-and-in-charge serving sizes:
Super-Delicious Shrimp Scampi with Fettuccine - This giant plate of food has just 238 calories and 8.5g fat (POINTS® value 5*), thanks to our low-cal protein pal SHRIMP and the always magical Tofu Shirataki noodles. Awesome!
Ginormous Oven-Baked Omelette - Portion size = the size of your head. HUGE. And it reheats REALLY well! Only 140 calories and 3g fat (POINTS® value 3*) per noggin-sized serving. This thing ROCKS.
Lord of the Onion Rings - You get a MASSIVE plate of onion rings for 155 calories and 1g fat (POINTS® value 2*). And they are soooooooo good!
Egg-cellent Foo Young - A slim 286 calories and 2g fat (POINTS® value 5*) for FIVE saucy and delicious pancakes! Chinese-food fans will love this dish.
Veggie-rific Noodle-Free Lasagna - Life-changing and addictive recipe, this one is. And you'll never miss the noodles. Only 238 calories and 2g fat (POINTS® value 4*) per TREMENDOUS serving.

Dear Prowling for Pizza,
Yup! You're in luck; there's a recipe called Crispy White Pizza in the Tortilla Madness chapter of our 200 Under 200 cookbook. And it's REALLY great. We've never featured it in an HG email before, but since I'm in a good mood and you're craving white pizza, I'm gonna give you the recipe here and now! Check it out:
Crispy White Pizza
PER SERVING (entire pizza): 176 calories, 3g fat, 947mg sodium, 29g carbs, 13g fiber, 7g sugars, 19g protein -- POINTS® value 3*
Place tortilla on a baking sheet sprayed lightly with nonstick spray. Bake in the oven for 5 - 6 minutes per side, until slightly crispy. Leave oven on.
In a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, 1/8 tsp. salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat on the stove. Add onions and, stirring occasionally, cook until softened and slightly browned, about 3 minutes. Immediately stir onions into cheese mixture.
Spread onion-cheese mixture evenly on top of the tortilla, and top with basil leaves, tomato slices, and a dash of salt.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, or until entire pizza is hot. Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut into slices. Pizza for one!
MAKES 1 SERVING
Let me know how you like it! BTW, if you can't locate fat-free mozzarella, just use part-skim mozzarella or half a stick of light string cheese pulled into pieces and roughly chopped. That swap will only add about 10 - 20 calories and 1g fat. Still Under 200 ;)
