Chicken Breast + BBQ Sauce + Lettuce = BBCute Chick in a Lettuce Bun

Here's a great quick 'n easy chicken dish. Locate your favorite BBQ sauce, and then coat a raw 5-oz. boneless, skinless, lean chicken breast cutlet with a tablespoon of that sauce. Bring a grill or grill pan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat, and grill your saucy chicken until cooked through (about 4 minutes per side). Let it cool for a few, and then place it on a large sturdy leaf of iceberg or butter lettuce. Top the chicken with another tablespoon of sauce, and wrap the lettuce around it (a la In-N-Out's Protein Style burger). Eat!

Acceptable Intruders: Hamburger dill pickle chips, thinly sliced onion, and a wedge of The Laughing Cow Light cheese!
