Best in Salads... In the straight-up fast-food category, Panera Bread took top honors, followed by Wendy's and Cosi. The Cheesecake Factory secured the top spot among full-service chains; runners-up include Olive Garden and CPK. Remember, not all salads are calorie-friendly, so do your homework. The Grilled Chicken Award Goes to... Chick-fil-A! KFC nabbed second place in this fast-food category, El Pollo Loco came in third, Panera Bread came in fourth place, and Chipotle landed spot number five. Oooh, Burger King got snubbed!
Overall Food Honors... The top-rated large chain is In-N-Out Burger. (Get the protein-style burger with onion, ketchup, and mustard for 160 cals!) The top-rated mega chain is Wendy's, followed by Subway, KFC, Taco Bell, and Burger King. Better luck next year, McDonald's!
