Even a small-sized vanilla shake made with the Sinless stuff has 500 calories, so don't get any ideas! (BTW, did you see the sodium count? In a SHAKE?!) Oh, COME ON. TWENTY-ONE grams of fat for ONE stupid taco? This thing has as many calories as the taco chain's Half Pound Green Burrito... and more than TWICE the fat! You could have TWO Chicken Tacos Del Carbón plus a regular Taco for the calories in this ONE ridiculous taco. Because, face it: One taco isn't lunch. You're still gonna be hungry. But if you were to get two of these, you'd be looking at more calories than a Bacon Double Del Cheeseburger. You shouldn't be too surprised, though. Having the phrase "Big Fat" in the name is a BIG FAT red flag. If it's a decadent taco treat you covet, whip up our Twice-as-Nice Guapo Taco.

The crazy chain JITB just released two new frozen raspberry sippers: a shake and a smoothie. And while they sound rather similar, they AREN'T. The shake has nearly TRIPLE the amount of calories as the smoothie. Large Raspberry Smoothie = 407 calories (not even CLOSE to a calorie bargain). Large Raspberry Shake = 1,195 CALORIES! AHHHHHHHHHHHH. (Side note: We're kind of baffled by a FRUIT smoothie that doesn't have any fiber whatsoever.) Don't even bother trying to distinguish them; just skip 'em both. We suggest one of our shakes instead... Take your pick!
Whataburger Junior Chop House Cheddar Burger PER SERVING (1 burger): 630 calories, 44g fat, 946mg sodium, 28g carbs, 1g fiber, 5g sugars, 30g protein -- PointsPlus® value 17*
If you find yourself craving this limited-time-only steak-style burger, don't kid yourself into thinking it's an okay option since it's the Junior size. With two beef patties, loads of cheese, two slices of bacon, and a creamy steak sauce, there's nothing junior about it... unless you compare it to the regular version. That has 1,170 calories and 76g fat. AHHHHH!!!! Whatabummer. Here's some uplifting news, though: We've got a two-patty bacon cheeseburger with fewer than four grams of fat!
