Pulpy Pineapple Arnold Palmer

PER SERVING (1 cup): 25 calories, 0g fat, 11mg sodium, 6g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 4g sugars, 0g protein -- PointsPlus® value 1*

Cool... refreshing... pineapple-y. Arnold would be proud (and happily hydrated)!

Ingredients:
8 black tea bags 
1 Crystal Light Natural Lemonade On The Go drink mix packet (or another 2-serving sugar-free lemonade drink mix packet)
2 large lemons
One 8-oz. can crushed pineapple in juice (not drained)
5 - 7 no-calorie sweetener packets (like Splenda)

Directions:
Place tea bags in a large pitcher and cover with 1 1/2 cups hot water. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. Carefully remove and discard tea bags.

Meanwhile, in a tall glass, combine 1 1/2 cups cold water with lemonade drink mix and stir to dissolve. Set aside.

Over a strainer, squeeze the juice from the lemons into the pitcher. Use a spoon to scrape all of the pulp from the lemons into the strainer. Remove and discard seeds from the strainer and add the lemon pulp to the pitcher.

Add crushed pineapple (with juice), lemonade mixture, and 4 cups cold water to the pitcher. Mix well. Add sweetener to taste and stir. Chill and enjoy!

A.M. SCHMAY-EM -- this large and creamy frozen drink is good any time of day! Just remember to freeze your banana slices ahead of time... 







Ingredients:
6 oz. (3/4 cup) fat-free peach yogurt with about 100 calories per 6-oz. serving 
1/4 cup crushed pineapple in juice (not drained)
1/2 banana, sliced and frozen
1/2 tsp. lime juice
1 cup crushed ice or 5 - 8 ice cubes

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into a glass and sip away!
