We dug through our past reviews of frozen meals and pulled together the best of the best! Here are some of our top picks from the awesome TV dinners out there... including a breakfast option! It might be time to start a shopping list...

Cedarlane All Natural Green Chile, Cheese & Ranchero Sauce Egg White Omelette
PER SERVING (one 8.5-oz. package): 240 calories, 10g fat, 700mg sodium, 21g carbs, 2g fiber, 5g sugars, 18g protein -- PointsPlus® value 6*

We've gotta start with breakfast. Not because it's the most important meal of the day (don't get cocky there, B-fast), but because it's the FIRST meal of the day. And if you like eggs, but don't want to bust out a skillet and cook up a gourmet-style omelette, chances are you'll love this. It's the best freezer-aisle egg dish you'll find. The sauce... the cheese... Mmmmm!

Lean Cuisine Market Creations Chicken Margherita
PER SERVING (one 10.5-oz. package): 300 calories, 8g fat, 690mg sodium, 37g carbs, 4g fiber, 6g sugars, 20g protein -- PointsPlus® value 8*

We just tried this during our latest round of LC taste testing -- check out the video if you missed it. The cool thing about this meal (and the others in the line) is that it steam-cooks right in the bag. Then you just empty it into a bowl or onto a fancy plate. It's the TV dinner that doesn't feel like a TV dinner. And the sauce on this variety is REALLY yummy, with herbs and sweet red peppers. Plus, the chicken is PERFECT.

Morningstar Farms Lasagna with Sausage-Style Crumbles
PER SERVING (one 10-oz. entrée): 270 calories, 6g fat, 590mg sodium, 41g carbs, 6g fiber, 5g sugars, 20g protein -- PointsPlus® value 7*

This vegetarian lasagna is great because it's more like meaty versions than standard veggie lasagnas. The sausage-y soy crumbles REALLY punch up the flavor. But don't worry -- there are still plenty of veggies involved. Like those carrots just hangin' out on top. They make us happy.

Amy's Teriyaki Bowl
PER SERVING (one 9.5-oz. container): 290 calories, 4.5g fat, 780mg sodium, 52g carbs, 6g fiber, 15g sugars, 12g protein -- PointsPlus® value 7*

We've got big love for lots of Amy's frozen dinners and other heat-n-eat foods. This one is really special though. It tastes like a homemade veggie/tofu stir-fry served over brown rice (cooked by someone who REALLY knows how to cook it right). It's topped -- not drowned! -- with a teriyaki sauce that's just sweet enough. Oh, Amy... You rule.

Lean Pockets Cheeseburger
PER SERVING (one 4.5-oz. piece, 1 sandwich): 290 calories, 9g fat, 530mg sodium, 42g carbs, 2g fiber, 9g sugars, 9g protein -- PointsPlus® value 8*

This is for those times when you're considering hitting the drive-thru for a cheeseburger on the way home. DON'T! Because even if it's just the burger you're craving, you'll probably end up with fries, a soda, and who knows how many calories along with it. Keep a box in the freezer, and it'll help you make it home without detours. This TOTALLY tastes like a cheeseburger, people. SO GOOD! (P.S. Pair it with a side dish, like a Green Giant Just for One veggie tray!)

Kashi All Natural Tuscan Veggie Bake
PER SERVING (one 10-oz. entrée): 260 calories, 9g fat, 700mg sodium, 42g carbs, 8g fiber, 8g sugars, 7g protein -- PointsPlus® value 7*

To tell the truth, we thought about mentioning the Mayan Harvest Bake again since it's among the greatest frozen dinners in the history of the freezer... but we were concerned that you, the subscribers, would stage a coup if we gave it another shout out. So this is its totally amazing sibling, which has kind of a When Lasagna Met Ratatouille... thing going on. Grains, veggies, amazing flavor -- what more do you need?

Gorton's Grilled Shrimp, Classic Grilled
PER SERVING (4 oz., about 8 shrimp): 110 calories, 1.5g fat, 920mg sodium, 5g carbs, 0g fiber, 1g sugars, 18g protein -- PointsPlus® value 3*

Say you're only willing to go halfway with the microwaving of your meal, preferring to keep things fresh when it comes to the rest. Nuke a serving of this shrimp, and while you're waiting for it to cook, maybe empty some bagged salad into a bowl and top it with light dressing. Then you can just toss the cooked shrimp over your greens for the easiest protein-topped salad ever. Mmmmm...

Organic Bistro Whole Life Meals, Savory Turkey
PER SERVING (one 10.5-oz. container): 370 calories, 10g fat, 240mg sodium, 40g carbs, 7g fiber, 4g sugars, 31g protein -- PointsPlus® value 9*

Heads up: Note the low sodium count! Here's another entrée that seems more like a home-cooked meal than something heated in a cardboard tray. Not only is the turkey VERY yummy, but the lentil-quinoa pilaf is also amazing, and the green beans are perfectly cooked. We like to mix it all up so the mushroom-y sauce gets on everything. YUM!

Lean Cuisine Spa Cuisine, Roasted Honey Chicken
PER SERVING (one 9.75-oz. package): 280 calories, 4g fat, 600mg sodium, 44g carbs, 5g fiber, 18g sugars, 18g protein -- PointsPlus® value 7*

Yeah, yeah, we already mentioned a Lean Cuisine item. But that one was in a bag; this is in a tray. (They're different, okay!) This sweet, seasoned chicken entrée is just too good to leave out. Plus, there are snap peas. We LOVE snap peas! The whole-wheat pilaf is also really good. If you like sweetness in your meals, grab this one now!
