This run-of-the-mill gingerbread cake is nothing special, but it is especially high in calories and carbs. We think this cake is quite possibly the world's most boring way to blow almost 500 calories. By the way, our thoughtful friends at Starbucks recommend pairing it with their 510 calorie, 29g of fat, 46 carb Grande size Eggnog Latte! Not quite the breakfast of champions, is it?
GOTTA SKIP IT! Coldstone Creamery Pumpkin Ice Cream (Gotta Have It! Size 900 calories, 52 g fat, 96 carbs)
We feel a little queasy just thinking about all the fat and calories in this massive "Gotta Have It!" tub of frozen fat. 900 calories?!? The only way you should be enjoying this decadent dessert is if you plan on sharing it with your extended family (and their pets).

This tiny doughnut crams in large amounts of calories and fat. At about 4 bites (if you have a very small mouth), each one packs in over 4 grams of fat and about 90 calories. Eeeks!

Marie Callendars' pies are popular, and they taste good, but we can't for the life of us figure out why a slice of their apple pie contains 863 calories and almost 50g of fat. That's WAY more than even a Big Mac has! Personally, we'd rather have the burger (we're suckers for special sauce), but we're not suggesting you gobble up one of these either.
