Love Starbucks drinks but HATE the fat & calories that go along with them? Good news! Hungry Girl has some swap-tastic recipes for you...  

Guilty Pleasure:  Starbucks Caramel Apple Cider (grande w/ whip) - 410 calories, 10g fat, 76 carbs

Guilt-Free Swap:  Hungry Girl's Ooey Gooey Caramel Apple Cider  - *50 calories, less than 1g of fat, 10 carbs

Hot cider with caramel & whipped cream doesn't have to set you back hundreds of calories.  To make this apple-licious treat at home, mix a packet of Alpine Sugar Free Spiced Cider with 6 - 8 oz. of water.  Add a teaspoon of  T. Marzetti's Light Caramel Apple Dip -- then top with a small cloud of Fat Free Reddi-Wip.  Mmmmm!

 

Guilty Pleasure:  Starbucks Peppermint Hot Chocolate (grande w/ whip) - 510 calories, 24g  fat, 66 carbs

Guilt-Free Swap:  Hungry Girl's Mintylicious Hot Chocolate Surprise - *40 calories, no fat, 9 carbs

You don't want a 510-calorie cup of mint-infused hot cocoa.  Forget that!  Just mix up a packet of your favorite 25-calorie sugar free, fat free hot chocolate (Nestle, Swiss Miss, etc.), then add a shot of Sugar Free Torani Peppermint syrup, a squirt of Fat Free Reddi-Wip, and call it a day.  A very GOOD day!

 

Guilty Pleasure:  Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino Blended Coffee (grande w/ whip) 450 calories, 17 grams of fat, 65 carbs

Guilt-Free Swap:  Hungry Girl's Frozen White Chocolate Java-rama - *50 calories, <1 g fat, 5 carbs

Make your own white chocolate frozen fantasy at home.  Into 5 oz. of water, stir in 1 teaspoon of Taster's Choice Vanilla Roast instant coffee, 2 Splenda packets, and an ounce of Torani Sugar Free White Chocolate Syrup.  Pour into a blender, add 3 - 5 ice cubes, a splash of original fat free liquid Coffeemate and and 2 oz. of light vanilla soy milk.  Blend on highest speed for 30 seconds.  Serve in a tall glass with a dollop of Fat Free Reddi-Wip.  A white chocolate wonder!

 

Guilty Pleasure:  Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Crème (grande w/ whip) - 500 calories, 24g  fat, 54 carbs

Guilt-Free Swap:  Hungry Girl's Pumpkin Cream Dream -
*35 calories, <1g fat, 5 carbs

Add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee, 1 Splenda packet and 1 teaspoon of  Jenny's Country Kitchen Pumpkin Pie dessert creamer to 6 oz. of hot water.  Stir.  Add 1 oz. light vanilla soy milk and top with a squirt of Fat Free Reddi-Wip.

*Calories will vary depending on how much whipped cream you use.
