Try Parmesan Cheese. It has a strong flavor, so you can use less of it. And one tablespoon only has about 25 calories. Yay!
Stick with single serving size cheeses. It's easy to eat one wedge or slice, but when you have to cut your own portion from a solid block of cheese, chances are you'll hack off much more than one serving.
When it comes to cream cheese, sometimes light is better than fat free. Light versions usually taste a lot better than fat free versions, and only they contain about 10 -15 more calories per serving.
