Insanely awesome chili.
This is one of HG's personal favorites. (Pssst...It tastes even better the second day!)
2 Packets of Meatless Ground Boca OR 4 Original Vegan Boca Burger Patties 2 Cans Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes 1 Small Onion 1 Small Can Kidney Beans Cumin, Salt, Pepper, Chili Powder
Spray frying pan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat pan, saute onion, and add ground Boca when onions start to brown. Saute Boca and onions. Season to taste with cumin, onion powder, salt, pepper, chili powder. Add stewed tomatoes and continue to cook over a medium flame for about 8 minutes. Add beans for the last three minutes or so.

2-Good Twice Baked Potatoes
When baking potatoes ONCE simply isn't enough...
1 medium sized baking potato 1 Slice Kraft Fat Free Cheese - American 1 oz. Fat Free Original Liquid Coffee-mate Paprika, salt, parsley
Peel the skin off the top side of the potato, and bake in microwave until soft. (Times vary for different microwaves. Poke holes in potato with fork, and cover for best results.) When potato is cooked, scoop out the inside of the potato, leaving behind an empty potato "shell." Take steaming hot potato, add cheese, Coffee-mate and a little salt. Mash it all together until the cheese melts and you're left with a creamy, cheesy mashed potato mixture. Place potato mixture back into the potato shell, sprinkle with paprika & parsley. Bake in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until top is nice and brown.

Snazzed-Up Snickers Pie
A favorite of Weight Watchers everywhere!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups fat-free vanilla frozen-yogurt, slightly softened 1 small box Jell-O Sugar-Free Fat-Free Chocolate Pudding mix (Instant) 1/4 cup reduced-fat chunky peanut butter 1 cup Cool Whip Free 3 oz. Grape Nuts 2 Tbsp. Hershey's Lite Chocolate Syrup
Mix all ingredients together (except for the chocolate syrup), and pour into 8" dish. Drizzle with syrup and freeze.
Serves 8. Each serving contains 158 calories, 3g of fat, 4g protein, 28g carbs, 1g fiber. (Only a measly PointsPlus® value of 4*!)
