Drinking regular fruit punch should be a crime. Packed with sugar and calories, it's one of the leading promoters of childhood obesity in this country. It also stains EVERYTHING it touches (c'mon we've all been victims here). That being said, fruit punch tastes good. Though, at least in our minds, not good enough to waste 180 calories on.
