Boca's brand new bowls of meatless magic are delicious 150-calorie snacks or meals. Great alone, on top of a salad, or over 40-calorie Shirataki noodles, this chili is low in calories, practically fat free and DELICIOUS. Just pop a bowl in the microwave and voila, guilt-free chili appears before you! To make this stuff taste even better, we recommend spicing it up with Frank's Red Hot, and topping it off with chopped onions and/or fat free shredded cheese. And, since this chili is so low in calories, you can feel free to smother your fat free hot dogs or veggie burgers with it. Chili-rific!
Who does Stagg Chili think they are, making tiny little boxes of chili that are jam-packed with oodles of calories and general badness? Sheesh! This fatty mess of a chili manages to squeeze 310 calories and 17g of fat (7 of them saturated) into one measly cup. That's scary! We recommend steering clear of this chili at all costs. Especially since each tiny carton contains about 14 oz. (which is supposed to be roughly one and 3/4 servings but, um, isn't). Down that whole carton and take in 543 calories and 30g of fat. Ridiculous.
CHEW ON THIS: Today, April 26th, is not only Hungry Girl's birthday, it's National Pretzel Day! Though they're often fat free, it's easy to inhale hundreds of calories munching on pretzels, so be careful.
