We LOVE Jennie-O's turkey burgers because they taste awesome and they have just 160 calories and 8g of fat per serving. OMEGA FOODS SEAFOOD BURGERS
You've heard of turkey burgers. You've heard of veggie burgers. But have you heard of fish burgers?! Well if you haven't, you're missing out, bigtime. The fine folks at Omega Foods are the masterminds behind a line of delicious, low calorie, low fat seafood burgers. Their lineup includes Shrimp Burgers (64 calories a patty), Salmon Burgers (100 calories and 2g fat per burger), and Mahi Mahi Burgers (70 calories and .5g fat a patty). These sensational seafood burgers are super-easy to make, and contain lots of protein (14-18 grams) and Omega-3's. HG Tip: These taste insanely good if you cook 'em on a grill!
MORNINGSTAR FARMS PHILLY CHEESESTEAK BURGER
This is perhaps the most decadent veggie burger ever. It's so good, in fact, that when you eat this yummy cheese-infused burger, you feel like you're pigging out on on the most delicious Philly Cheesesteak . The best part? You are SO not. Each perfect patty has just 120 calories, 6g fat, and 6 carbs, and contains 3g of fiber, and 10g protein. Throw one on a Wonder Light Bun with some grilled onions for a sinfully good meal that's just a little over 200 calories.
CHEW ON THIS: A slice of cheese adds about 100 calories to your burger. Swap it out with a 30 calorie Laughing Cow Light cheese wedge for a creamier, more delicious treat with less than half the calories!
