That elfin' magic is at work again.  Keebler's Cheese Dip & Sticks are fun, low cal, and consist of a square of soft cheddar and eight breadsticks to spread it on.  And did you know that each crunchtastic pack has just 100 calories and 3.5 grams of fat?  These on-the-go snacks are perfect for car trips, taking to work, or as an afternoon munchie.  Just grab a breadstick and dig in.  Hungry Girl Heads Up:  We don't recommend eating these every day, but they're fine little emergency snacks -- and even great to pack in your kids' lunches!

The Keebler elves must have been messing with some black magic when they created their Club & Cheddar Sandwich Crackers.  The 200 calorie per package crackers (which, btw, don't even taste that great) are packed with 12g of fat!  Yeesh!   And since the cheese is already smushed in the middle of two crackers, you don't even get in on any of the spreading action.  Where's the fun in that?  Our recommendation?  Skip these sad little sandwiches, and start dipping those breadsticks instead.
