Gardenburger Meatless Meatloaf with Broccoli & Red Peppers |
LOAF AT FIRST BITE |
We'd never even heard of meatless meatloaf before we checked out Gardenburger's answer to this classic dish. But we were certainly happy to discover that such a thing exists. This loaf may lack "meat" but it's bursting with flavor, and comes with a medley of festive and colorful broccoli and red peppers. Ooooh, pretty! And keep in mind, this tasty tray of comfort food is not only missing the meat, it's also missing tons of calories. You won't miss either of 'em. HG Heads Up: This frozen entree doesn't taste exactly like regular meatloaf, but it's a great guilt-free swap, so loaf it up! |

CAN'T BUY ME LOAF |

Um, 560 calories and 31 grams of fat (14 of them saturated!) for a tray of frozen meat is a bit out of hand, don't you think? And 1510mg of sodium? Eeeks! Who on Earth thinks eating this stuff is a good idea? Sorry, Marie, even though your meatloaf has actual meat in it, it's not quite as hip (or nutritionally impressive) as Gardenburger's meatless loaf. In fact, it's a fatty, salty mess that people should run screaming from. If you're craving meatloaf, try Gardenburger's veggielicious version instead. |
