Face it, as good as cinnamon rolls are, they're not exactly a food that should be in "regular rotation" (sorry!). However, there are times when you really NEED to shove your face in a hot, sticky, cinnamon-y pastry. When those times arise, DO NOT break down and swallow a Cinnabon, because even the teeny ones have hundreds and hundreds of calories and a ton of fat. Instead, bake your own, right at home. These sweetened-with-Splenda treats are awesome, and come complete with a cute little tin of icing so you can frost 'em yourself. They're not only fun and delicious, they're also just 110 calories each (and a low 2 points, if you count) so even if you break down and have TWO (gasp!) you won't do too much damage. |

There's no sugar coating this, people. Cinnabons are bad news. And remember, right now we're talking about the itty-bitty, 2-bite minibon. That thing's gone before you're even able to taste it, and BAM, just like like that, you've downed 337 calories and 13 grams of fat (an astonishing 7 points!). What a waste. And those numbers only apply if you're strong enough to resist temptation and actually order the mini size. A regular Classic Cinnabon will set you back an alarming 816 calories. ACK!
