Even eating a small portion of it can add hundreds of calories and dozens of fat grams to your meal. Costco Chicken Bake - Don't let the innocent name fool you. It may be "baked" instead of "fried," but this Costco creation still contains 987 calories and 52 grams of fat!
DEVILISHLY DECEPTIVE
Just because something is low carb, definitely doesn't mean it's low-cal. For example, Subway's Atkins Sweet as Honey Mustard Dressing sounds like a dieter's dream, yet it contains 200 calories & 22 grams of fat per 2 oz. serving! And their "low carb" Chicken and Bacon Ranch Wrap has 440 calories & 27 grams of fat. We recommend ordering one of the 7 under 6 sandwiches or some lean deli meat in a high fiber tortilla instead.
