Eat out a lot? Hungry Girl is here with some hidden horrors and smart choices...
THEY SOUND HEALTHY, BUT...

Taco Salads -  Just because it's called a salad doesn't mean it's healthy. These fatty fiestas at places like Chi-Chi's, El Torito & Taco Bell can pack in over 1000 calories & 55 grams of fat!  Dios mio!

The Cheesecake Factory's Carrot Cake - Anyone who thinks carrot cake is good for you never spent quality time with a piece from the Cheesecake Factory. Each slice contains 1560 calories and 84 grams of fat. What do they do to those poor defenseless carrots?

P.F. Chang's Coconut Curry Vegetables - These veggies seem harmless enough, but each order has 918 calories, 60 grams of fat & 65 carbs!  Eeek!
SKIP IT, DON'T SIP IT!

Starbuck's Strawberries & Crème Frappuccino® - 16 fl. oz. of this evil pink goo + whipped cream = 600 calories, 17 grams of fat and 95 carbs!

Jamba Juice's Peanut Butter Moo'd Power Smoothie - This nutty concoction contains 1290 calories, 32 grams of fat and 216 carbs.  That's enough calories for an entire day, packed into one drink!

DELICIOUS BUT DANGEROUS...

Chili's Awesome Blossom - Sure we know you'd share the thing, but this freakish fried lump of battered onions (and sauce) contains 2,882 calories, 222 grams of fat & 191 carbs! Even eating a small portion of it can add hundreds of calories and dozens of fat grams to your meal.

Costco Chicken Bake
- Don't let the innocent name fool you.  It may be "baked" instead of "fried," but this Costco creation still contains 987 calories and 52 grams of fat!
DEVILISHLY DECEPTIVE

Just because something is low carb, definitely doesn't mean it's low-cal.  For example, Subway's Atkins Sweet as Honey Mustard Dressing sounds like a dieter's dream, yet it contains 200 calories & 22 grams of fat per 2 oz. serving!  And their "low carb" Chicken and Bacon Ranch Wrap has 440 calories & 27 grams of fat.  We recommend ordering one of the 7 under 6 sandwiches or some lean deli meat in a high fiber tortilla instead.

The average American eats 4.2 meals away from home per week. Order carefully!
