Cup Noodles?  No, that's not a typo -- the company changed the name of this product from Cup O' Noodles to Cup Noodles in 1993.  Whatever it's called, it seems  like everyone has wolfed down the over-noodled contents of these styrofoam cups at least once.  Unfortunately this just-add-water container of salt and starchy carbs has 300 calories and waaay too much fat.  Dump the Cup, and chow down on a lighter, healthier and, in our opinion, better tasting Soup-at-Hand instead.
