How many times do you have to be told NOT to order the oversized tub of buttered popcorn before you'll listen? That huge bucket's got around 1500 calories worth of fat & carbs. Bring along some Quaker Quakes instead. Even if you eat the entire bag (which we don't recommend), you'd still save way over 1000 calories!

SUGARY SODA STAND-IN

Why on EARTH would anyone waste all those empty calories on a garbage can-sized Coke when a Diet Coke has ZERO calories? Talk about a no-brainer. Skip the 40 oz. sugared soda, and you'll save 500 calories!
GUMMI BODY DOUBLES?

Take a pass on the Gummi Bears. A box has 390 calories & 90 carbs. Chew Weight Watchers Fruities instead! A whole pack of these yummy gummis has just 68 calories & 24 carbs. You'll save 322 calories!
MOVIE SHOCKERS!

Obvious!
Reese's Pieces 8 oz. Movie Size = 1200 cal., 60g fat, 138g carbs

Not So Obvious!
