Did you really think you'd have to go thru life without enjoying the chocolatey goodness of an Oreo shake? Not a chance! Take HG's Cookie-rific Ice Cream Freeze out for a spin. It has all the great taste of the fast food version, without all of the nasty consequences.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup Dreyer's Slow Churned Light, Vanilla 5oz. 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk 1/2 pack of 100 Calorie Packs Oreo Thin Crisps 2 Splenda packets 1 cup of ice 1 tsp. Coffee-Mate Fat Free French Vanilla Non-Dairy Creamer powder (dissolved in a small amount of warm water)
Directions: Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds. Pour and enjoy. Mmmmmm!
There is something everyone needs to know... Shakes are NOT "beverages". And humans shouldn't be consuming them along with lunch. Shakes are desserts. And super-fattening ones, at that. In fact, Jack in the Box's Oreo Cookie Ice Cream Shake contains an obscene 770 calories and 40g of fat. That's more fat (and almost as many calories) than you'd get from shoving 15 actual Oreos down your gullet. Doing either of those things is a bad idea in our opinion. Our advice is to ditch the fast food shakes and try our amazing slimmed-down shake recipe. It's Oreo-rific and you can enjoy it guilt-free. Weeeeeee!
CHEW ON THIS: Heads Up! Tomorrow, March 28th, is National Something on a Stick Day. Celebrate with a MorningStar Farms Corn Dog. Yum.
